  Worked with Scott to arrange getting my Mom from Maine back to Maryland, he worked with me several days to find the best way, he was very kind, paid careful attention to my needs, and worked well with my funeral home in Maryland. When my husband and I arrived at the Farmington branch, Scott and his wife were ready and waiting for us, on a Sunday afternnon, again very kind and thoughtful for every detail. He was also able to help me save about $4000 in transport costs. Very thankful for business people that care more about people then than just making money!!!

  We had my mom cremated through this company and had the worst experience ever. We asked for a viewing and was never offered an actual viewing. The viewing we got was my mom sitting in a board on tip of a sheet that didn't even cover the board she was laying on , covered in blankets. Very unappealing for myself and my family. After we went into the office and chose what we wanted he then passed my father a sheet with prices on it that we could've done. My family was robbed of a real viewing of my mom and will never get the image out of our heads of what we saw to say good bye to her. My dad has decided he will not go back to this place for his own services. We will go to a much more professional place who actually cares about the person and the mourning family.
